Hey so I've had this problem for 2 days and its bugging me ALOT. So a few days ago I wanted to watch this episode of ridiculousness so I searched it on Google and found it but it said I have to install something, so I did (btw, Im not a smart-*** when it comes to computers :P). Everything went fine until I clicked on a new tab. Usually when I clicked on New Tab www.google.com came up but this time search.conduit came up. I didn't really care about the search.conduit thing until I went on YouTube and saw ads popping everywhere. I went on settings and changed my start page to Google again and I thought the ad thing would be fine but then I went on YouTube and saw ads all over the place again. I got every sing adblock installed from Google Chrome Store but every time I watch a video the places where the ads were just became a outline of the ad. And every second the webpage kind of twitches, just youtube though, and it bothers me a lot. BTW I have cleaned up my Mac and uninstalled everything I found unfamiliar but still these ads bugs me a lot. So please if their is anyone who can help me please do!!!

Adblocker: block ads

Adblock plus: Block every single ad, even youtube ads, etc.

I suggest you to install Adblock plus extension on your browser

Here is the link for adblock plus: https://adblockplus.org/en/chrome

And if you don't trust the link, just search Adblock plus in google :) You can also find this on firefox but you have to type "firefox" after "adblock plus".

Settings> Extensions> Tools> Extensions> Get More Extensions> Ad Blocker

Did it help?

Go to your settings which should be around the top right hand side of google chrome. Then go extensions on your left handle panel. Look for the "conduit" extension and disable it. After you have disabled it, click the trash can icon to uninstall it...... Hope this has helped

Why not use Msn instead?
