google suspended my google android play developer account 8 times?

I'm a android developer making my apps using web view for my servers, I have 30 applications which could generate revenue more than 1000 $ daily , but google has suspended my account first time for copyrights, then I created another account and published about 25 application that don't violates any copyrights ,but google suspended the account for prior violations, then I created another account with new name new visa, new keystore, new address , new phone number, using a new computer and new package name, but with the same applications names, but also suspended for prior violations, then made a new account changed everything like the last the time , in addition to new names , new server address , new theme for the servers, but during publishing the apps and after publishing first app in 2 hours account has been suspended due to different three causes
the first cause is

second cause is

This is a notification that your application, اجمل صور و خلفيات حروف مجسمة, with package ID rom.app14, has been removed from the Google Play Store.

REASON FOR REMOVAL: Violation of the Ad Policy:

Interstitial ads may only be displayed inside of the app they came with. A prominent and accessible target must be made available to users in any interstitial ad so they may dismiss the ad without penalty or inadvertent click-through.


third cause is This is a notification that your application, جميع كلمات سر GTA جراند, with package ID rom.app11, has been removed from the Google Play Store.

I'm using ads from admob ,interstitial and banner
interstitial ad is appearing after 7 seconds from opening the applications

and I'm using ad from mobilecore which is full screen which appear after opening the application

also using revmob i, popup which appear after open the application

and using fullscreen ad from revmob which appear when go from a part to another part in the program

and usin appbrain ad fullscreen which appear when closing the program

these all the ads which I inserted in the applications

the third cause for suspension because I developed an application concerned with cheats of GTA , also there are many application which are concerned with the cheats of GTA on the market, but google suspended only my application and their opinion for suspension is due to Violation of the intellectual property and impersonation or deceptive behavior provisions of the Content Policy,





please any developer help me and tell me
first of all, how could google recognize me and know me although I change everything ,and what to do to publish my apps again
and to be hidden from google eyes??
what is the cause for suspending my application in the last time , after publishing directly , and what to do for not suspending my applications again, please help me
I need the revenue that I generate from these apps

You are being accused of ripping off other developer's works or of using the creative content from other people. Until you comb through all the apps you keep listing and remove any content that is suspect, your accounts will be removed. They are also clearly violating the ad policy laid out in the terms of use.



Your apps are being tagged as spam apps or rip offs of other people's work. Creating new accounts and loading the same apps up or rejigging them with the same violations isn't fooling Google. They will continue to delete your accounts until you clean up ALL the apps you load up and stop violating the content policy.



It's not really rocket science. You are likely loading the same basic write ups with the same apps. Their software will be looking for you. Or someone looking at your page has reported the violations. You can't hide ripping off other people's content (as one of the violations is accusing you of) or fielding spamware (see complaint about missues of Interstitial ads) or deliberatly impersonate another user/program/app etc (first violation) without being found.



Clean up your apps, make sure all content is yours and not derivative, stop using them as vehicles for ads. You list 6 seperate ads that appear in your apps <--- that is a violation right there. People downloading these ad vehicles are likely the ones complaining.

You no doubt violated the google play policy for applications by providing an application that allows access to a virus on purpose. you knew it would do this, so they invoked the clause and suspended you. If you are out to learn coding or to do apps start with something clean (clean as in not virus infected before you start that is)

Violation of the Ad Policy - You might be using more than one advertisement per activity which is against the policy, you can only use it once per activity. You aren't allowed to click on your own ads. Adverts should not be any where near to where user can click accidentally
