How to Ask A Question on Wordpress Forum?

I can't find a way to post a question on wordpress forum, http://wordpress.org/support/
I want to ask a question there but i can't find anyway to create a topic.

Make sure you're registered.



Then under forums (for example - Installation) Click the add new button that's right above the forum post listings on the left.



You have to pick the forum that you want to post a question in.

If anyone knows how to contact wp, or post in a forum I would LOVE to know about it. I have tried for many hours to do both but gave up.
