Anyone know of a PST to gmail or mbox converter?

i want to upload my pst file into gmail, but i need to turn my pst into mbox format. The only programs i have found to do that are not free.

any help.

PST is a proprietary format and you need Outlook to read it. Then you can import it in other email clients like Thunderbird and export the data as MBOX.
