I used to have only 1 extension: Adblock. I had this forever and it never gave me any problems.

Since last week ive had to re-install it several times. Chrome started warning me that new extensions were being added, but i did not allow these. I deleted adblock and still nothing.

i keep removing these extensions (ask toolbar, wajam, whitesmoke, webexp, etc) but they were never checked under the box "enabled" but i still dont want them.

I would like to have adblock back without it being erased and i would like for these extensions not to keep being installed by third parties! please help! is it something in my settings i could do?

Be active while installing any 3rd party softwares in your PC.

Through those software's Download/Installation this extensions will coming to your PC.

Check your Control panel and Browser Extensions and Default search engine URL.
