Suppose I'm making a 2000 pages website and I want to add adsense onto it in the future, what should I do?, Will I have to do it manually with all the pages or is there something I can do?

Depending on how you structure your site, you can use server side includes and other techniques if you want to add Adsense later on in your 2,000 pages. You can also use php coding to do this for you. Or you can use a banner ad software such as phpadsnew (openads) and put the code through SSI. You don't necessarily have to hard code the Adsense code in your pages. Talk or hire a programmer to set it up for you.
And those who say that Adsense pays so little are just disgruntled publishers who never knew how to monetize Adsense. With the right website and the right content, Adsense can give you 5 digits a month or more
But why do you have to wait for 2,000 pages before you add Adsense? You can even add it when you only have 5 pages so at least you can start experimenting the best placements, ad formats and colors for your site

If you use a css style sheet and templates then you can put it in the template and it will show up on each page. That would be the easiest way. As said previous, the other person must not have made enough, so they do not like it anymore. Just allows us to make more!

I'm sure they have a solution to that. Remember though, google adsense will make you site look crappy and pay you a very minimal amount of money for using it..
