How to set Home Page Meta Description In Wordpress Blog?

Recently i got a new word press blog. But i could not find the exact place for add my meta description for home page.
Tell me how to set Home page title, description and keywords. And i use Yoast SEO plugin, so can u use this plugin for adding Descrption of Home Page. But How????

There are add-on wordpress SEO plugins that add fields for you to enter meta information for each page.



The original "All0in-one-SEO" plugin eats up processor power, some site hosts prohibit that plugin, but there are newer ones that do the same job.

go to settings>general there is a tagline option in it you can write your meta description.
