web site search?

hi

i need to build a website that has a search function

i work for real estate and i have a lot of houses and apartment to sell and rent

i need to build a website where in the first page for ex:

i have total of 100 houses

if the client did not chose any search criteria he would get all of the 100 houses

but when he chooses a city , zipcode , country ... etc

he can minimize his search option

please let me know how can i do this

A fancy custom search form may require custom server side scripting, if you can live with standard functions others have envisioned you might find a real estate site template for sale that would do, try http://templatemonster.com they offer 317 real state designs, but their internal searh didn't find real estate search.



Freelance programmers who can do code to spec. can be could on sites like elance.com, odesk.com or vworker.com, again it would probably call for php and mysql server side scripting, the simple search code the Google API can provide is probably too simple.

You need the web designer program to design the web page and search engine which is work of a web designer if you want the professional web page.

if you use wordpress to create your website..then you can get themes for your purpose..

but if you want to code this on your own...you should be a good programmer...
