Google Bookmarks?

Question

I am signed in to my google account but when I try to add something to my google bookmarks it asks me to sign in to add a bookmark. When I click on the link it says the page is unavailable. What can I do?

it is better to send a feedback to goole asking this. May be sign in occurs for protection the account.
