Lots of unsolicited mail is arriving in my In box..?

Question

Starting three days ago, I keep getting lots of unsolicited emails, offering me ALL sorts of things!. Today alone, I have, so far, received 25. (See below)
As I am a sick old man with heart problems, Parkinson's etc.and 80 years of age, these emails are really upsetting me.
What do I need to do to stop all this unwanted mail?
Your HELP is urgently requested.

For goodness sake - One simple rule - IF you don't recognise the sender. JUST DELETE IT !

I am same age group you do get a lot of drot i have a daily clean up st-rate in the bin ,it feels a lot lighter, I hope someone can let us no if it can be stoped,I do not no sorry.
