I have found out a little about Bing...I now know it is not some spyware or spam. However, I do not like it popping up when I haven't asked for it. I type in my topic for a google search. When I click on the one I want to go to, the Bing search page comes up instead. Can anyone tell me how to make this stop?

It doesn`t matter that Bing itself is not spyware, it could still mean that you have some virus/spyware in your pc, that keeps bringing up ths site.

Just to be on the safe side, do a scan with your antivirus and also download the programmes below, update them, and do a full scan with each of them.

Make sure you have pop up blocker enabled in explorer, through internet settings.. Also download free programs, either malawarebytes or lavasoft adaware/spyware remover, update and run full scans. You may also want to try ccleaner, removes cookies, temp/files and folders. May I also suggest using opera or firefox as they have more control and are safer to use.

Go to the three lines at the top right corner

Click settings

At the bottom in blue you'll see a link called "show advanced settings" click that

scroll to the bottom and click reset browser settings

I did this and cleared my history and it got rid of delta search

Use Firefox instead of worthless IE

Bing is a Microsoft search engine

Don't worry. Bing isn't spam/spyware or any of that. Bing is the new search engine that overtook the msn home search. Its kind of stupid. But its not spam or spyware.

stop using internet explorer, add a google toolbar or type googlr.com into the address bar then do your search
