How to fix Google Chrome Error?

I was on this page that was working a while ago and it's been like 20 minutes since it stopped working. The page froze and i tried refreshing it. I've been trying to reload the page for ages and it just doesn't load.

When I click for more info, it says:

Below is the original error message

Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): Unknown error.

How do i fix this and what does it mean?

If it is Windows, do a Restart

close the tab and go to the same website again on another tab.
