No "Google voice zip code numbers available at this time"?

I'm trying to set up a Google voice number, but all I'm getting is this message by Google. " There are no zip code numbers available at this time". And I tried zip codes from several cities.

Numbers are hard to come by now. You have to keep checking several times a week to see if there is numbers that become available. They used to be widely available but i'm assuming due to its popularity they are running out of them.
