I have tried to log into my google account and this error pops up everytime. Everywhere I look only has fixes for G-Suite administrators. My school IT say to re-image the computer but I am not sure if it's a computer issue or a google account issue. Any info is appreciated!

Try narrowing it down. Can you access it from a different device? If not, then it's clearly not your computer. If you can, then try a different browser from the computer it doesn't work on. (If it doesn't work on Chrome, then try with IE.) You may have accidentally blocked the sight or the permissions it needs. Resetting your browser settings, clearing cache, etc can clear that up.

An IT person telling you to re-image is lazy and/or not knowledgeable.
