First of all,you should download the software which seen the entire world in 3d.GOOGLE earth comes with GOOGLE pack, its free so not need to be worried.

Download some areas of Google Maps to your mobile device without an Internet connection. Also great for Y 5- only devices without a data plan, when you're outside a y-5 coverage area.

But while you use off-line maps in locations you cant get a good signal.

To make available off-line,you should follow this steps:

1.Go to menu make available off-line then select your place that appears on your mobile screen.

2.Go to maps>my places>off-line>new off-line maps, the dialog screen appear where you can select your city, area, country.

3.To choose download your area zoom it and save it.

These steps let you to see while in off-line also.I think above process will help you.
