There is no total answer to this as Google is believed to use around 200 separate factors when indexing sites. Every now and again it reshuffles how it index's sites - this is commonly known as the "Google slap" and it happens to all of us. To get it re-indexed make sure you have a sitemap.xml file registered with google via "business solutions", just below the google search box. If you keep updating your site map then your site should stay indexed. Also to get it re-indexed fast then set up a blog on blogger and backlink to your site, keep posting to it daily and you should be re-indexed within 3-4 days. hope this helps

I can just say that retiring the old site and doing a 301 redirect of the domain name to the new site, using your registrar control panel is the standard way to re-rout the visitors and link juice from the old domain to the new site. There's a Google Webmaster Tools form for requesting a site to be re-indexed.

There are lot of reasons for stop indexing your website some of them below

1. No original content (Copied from other websites)

2. Your website Templates is very poor

3. No keywords

Spam indexing, Doorway pages like so on
