Frankly speaking, i will suggest you go to the niche you are good or you are interested on bacause this is the only way you can write more unique quality content and provide information or helpful information to your visitor.

By the way, if you want to go to those high pay niche, you might consider on law, finance or automotive niceh. However, not recommanded if you are not good in this

Start at Googles Keyword Tool

https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal

When you get to the link above, type a keyword, or keyword phrase of whatever ideas come to mind for something that you genuinely have a passion for. Starting a blog or website about something just because it has a big money making potential is a bad idea, since most are over saturated already you want to have some general knowledge about your site you are about to create. Next you want to look for something that has a long tail, aka long keyword phrase. For example if I like adsense and want to have a blog about that then I would start a site with a list of 5 keywords that best define that site, and have them be long phrases. Like "make money with adsense fast", or "how to make easy money with adsense". Most likely these phrases aren't too competitive. They probably don't have a whole bunch of people searching for them. Thats what the kind of phrases you want. Generally when I look on Googles Keyword tool I choose keywords that have been searched on average 1000 times in a month. I try and stay around that number as much as possible. Very easy to get traffic with this volume of people searching. If you are new to website development and have no coding experience then Wordpress blogs have your name written all over it. When choosing monetization methods a website, or blog generally makes more if they have affiliate hop links, which are taken from a website that sells a product you think would make you money by promoting it on your site. Grab the hoplink and make sure you run it through www.tinyurl.com to mask the link from hackers who take your affiliate commissions. Hope this helps. Need more ideas just email me I would be glad to help.

The easiest thing to do is create a website that relates to your interests (ie: ipod hacking, gaming, even a website about building websites to earn money with google adsense!). You'll just want a site with content and that will interest people in visit. Blogs are typically the easiest to set up.

As you may know a domain name is just a name, not a real website. If you are going to create your website: 1- Buy a domain name. To get a domain name, you have to pay an annual fee to a registrar for the right to use that name. 2- Buy a web hosting service to provide your online space and enable you to get your website online at your purchased domain name.

If you want to start your website I recommend purchase your domain and hosting together. In this way it is possible to get your domain for free. Some hosting services offer this gift today.

As an experienced webmaster I recommend BlueHost service which I’m sure it would work for you and fulfill all your requirements. They have a really great offer for hosting & I have used them for over 3 yrs now, and have never had a single problem with them.
