How to get rid of Constant Guard Google Chrome Extension?

I have tried SO many times to delete this stupid extension from Google Chrome, and every time it comes back! It's a pain in butt, and it doesn't do anything except freeze up Chrome. Is there any way to PERMANENTLY delete this extension?

Go to the left side of your browser and click the wrench that has your options. Open the option that says "Settings". Next you will need to click "Extensions" and go to the app that you are having trouble with and where it has the check mard with the label "Enabled" there will be a trashcan next to it when you hover over it and it'll open and say "Remove from Chrome" click that and itll open a link saying "Confirm Removal" and click "Remove"



If that doesnt work then you will have to click your "Start" button go to "Control Pannel'. Under Programs there will be "Uninstall a Program" click that and see if you can uninstall it from there

Chrome studies all of your shopping to google servers incuding your IP handle and some suspect it scans your computer too , google reads your entire incoming and outgoing e-mails on g-mail and they stole billions of Gbs from wireless networks throughout their streetview campaign, android also sends small print of your equipment and endeavor to google servers and many android apps are malicious and also steal your knowledge, if you wish to do business with folks like that then go forward however I bet you failed to learn the terms and stipulations the place you agreed to all that, you are not able to believe them so why would you employ some thing they present, even though it is free? Use avant ideal which will use both firefox and chrome engines without stealing your knowledge
