It says someone just used my password to sign into my Google account but they blocked it and I should check the activity. It came from no-reply@accounts.google.com. Does someone really have my password?? Or is it a scam trying to get my account info?

If I understand you correctly, nobody successfully signed into your account, so I don't see any problems. It seems someone has tried to sign into your account, but was not able to sign into your account.

Does someone really have my password?? I don't think so.

Or is it a scam trying to get my account info? I don't think so.

no-reply@accounts.google.com is a real page. Change your password.

That may be an alert from Google that is genuine if you have gotten a notification from Google that somebody else has used your account and it wasn't you then change your password before somebody else does change your password and looks through all your email and finds out some Vital Information about you and steals your identity

Log into Google, change your password. DO NOT follow any links given in that e-mail. If it is a scam, that's how they get ya!

Ignore and delete the email and then sign into your google account and change your password. Don't use any links on the email.
