Does anyone know of any social networking sites on the rise other than Google+?

I give Facebook 2 at the most 3 more years until it's dead. Justin Timberlake is gonna try to revamp Myspace....(yeah good luck with that). Weather or not google+ is gonna be successful is still in the air, because this isn't google's first time at social networking, they've failed in the past. And Twitter is Twitter, in the beginning it technically wasn't even considered a social network, but I guess it is at this point in time it is. My question is does anyone know of any new social networks being developed. When I talk about social networks I'm not talking about niche sites, I'm talking about networks that are going to compete with the likes of Facebook.

Iv Noticed alot since mysapce changed their profiles everyone hated it right? because they couldnt change their profiles around and add cirtain stuff...well iv been looking and came across Xanga.com...it is alot like the old myspace and i dont think that google + is going to be better then facebook #1 because its going to be a little to complicated for some people and alot of people like the simple just post a status thing and also from what i see google + does not have a private profile that you can even design but im not sure cuz i havent gotten an invite yet..im really loving xanga because i can put my own music playlist on it just like myspace use to also i can use alot of myspace codes on it with html's, they have chat boards, pulses(which is like a status) layouts and different colum setups and also if someone else doesnt have an account they can sign a guest book...its got everyting the old myspace use to have except the people on it...which it why im writing this...xanga could be popular with some help from everyone =)
