What are the advantages of using more than one browser?

Is there any benefit from installing several browsers - or is it better to get to know one well and stick with it?

Firefox has great add-ons like a reminder calendar. Chrome is ok, if you have a google account. I can't say much good about Internet Explorer. I've never tried Opera, I might try that one next.

But I see no advantage of using more than one at a time.

The choice entirely depends on what you use it for. I suggest you use Chrome or whatever you already use. I don't see much of a point in changing. The use I get from another browser is when you go to certain places, they may not let you use internet, this is often only with their browser prohibited. An older version of firefox can get though this however.

There are advantages of installing several browsers.

1. you can log in to several id of a website through different browser (not applicable every time).

2.There are some website built in html5 but every browser dont support all the function for that reason you should have different browser.

I dont think there are any benefits. There may actually be some disadvantages as you have different browsers and when using them your processor speed may drop. The best browser is Google Chrome, you should stick to that.

There may be some small problems javascript error for example in certain pages in a browser.

At this time, you can change a browser, it may display these webpage correctly.

Absolutely no advantage. There are many highly advanced versions in latest browsers came. Single browser is enough to search everything. I suggest opera:-)

Rarely, some webpages won't work with a certain browser, so you can use another one to view it.

I recommend Google Chrome and Opera. Both fast and very cool

if you use more than 1 facebook/google account when you have more than one browser you can login for multiple accounts at the same time
