my gmail is not working to incomeing & outgoing mails. please tell me

Are you trying to use microsoft outlook, or Windows live mail? Or is it not working in Gmail.com? When viewing this question from your account, right below the additional details text, under the edit tab, click add details. If you don't do this, then let me tell you this: in live mail: did you select ssl? and fill in the information right? In Microsoft outlook: it doesn't work for me either. i think it is for sites like your isp (comcast, roadrunner, etc.), things where it isn't free. If it is in gmail.com browser, then check the all mail tab, pop/imap settings may be sending it to the archive section(all mail instead of inbox)

Check the setting of incoming & outgoing mail server. Or Contact your ISP, they will help you much better.
