Go to Google.com



Half way down the page click on the "Make Google Your Homepage!" link

choose tools

internet options

general

you will see your homepage address

it should be blue =(highlighted)

if not drag mouse across text

it will turn blue hit back space on key board

it will go away

type in

click apply

then ok

close browser

restart browser

you have a new home page
