I've went to settings and extensions to try and find a way to uninstall them and it doesn't have an option for me too. It doesn't even show the themes I've downloaded. But when I'm in the theme store place it says they've been added. And it when I go back to the theme I want and have already downloaded before, it doesn't give me an option to redownload it at all. And it doesn't have an option for it in the settings. What do I do?

Clear your borwsing data and history. Delete registry and then again follow all the process. It is because google leave the cache on our browser and when it feels some spamy activity, it won't allow your to install more. Even when you use google search engine, if you browse 25 page, it will ask you that r u robot or a human kinda verification.

I ran into much of the same trouble trying to switch back to a previously-used theme in later versions of Google Chrome. I'm not usually one to plug an addon unless it really works for me. The ONLY thing I found that worked is this Chrome Extension:

https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/extensions-manager-aka-sw/lpleipinonnoibneeejgjnoeekmbopbc

It showed me the themes I had previously installed and allowed me to switch back to them. At very least it did a proper job of uninstalling the theme so that I could actually go back to the Chrome Web Store and re-download the one I wanted to use again.

You're right there seems to be a glitch on Chrome. because when i choose a theme,

i'm supposed to go to window>extensions and find it.

but it's not there.

You can only control it from Chrome store:

Choose the classic or whatever you want
