Please help. I've asked this question before but nothing happens. I downloaded AdBlock from the chrome store but It doesn't work. Somebody suggested to buy a program but I won't buy something that I know that I can fix for free and people here can help me. Please, help it's annoying. What should I do? Should I use another browser? If so which one is good? I don't want Internet Explorer because I got a virus from it, Firefox? Please help, I really love Google Chrome...

Well. I (Personally) use firefox. I am 13 years old, and some of the adds on youtube were not very nice. So I searched addblocker plus google chrome, it didn't work. So then I wen't to firefox. It works in firefox, not chrome.

Go to it's settings (Cog > Tools > Extensions > Options or Right click on icon > Options) and find the checkbox which says "Allow not obtrusive text ads".

Uncheck and save, it should hide all ads now.

Also, you might need more filters if that won't help...
