How to solve this problem of Google Chrome Browser Regarding Full Screen on YouTube?

If I visit www.youtube.com and while I see the video I choose "Full Screen" (if I choose :Full Screen in the Video Player of YouTube) the video doesn't come as Full Screen in my Google Chrome Browser (But, the same video occupies Full Screen if "Full Screen":is chosen in YouTube Player if youtube is visited in other browsers). In Chrome Browser if I visit YouTube then even after choosing Full Screen in YouTube Player the video occupies only 60% of the screen (both Vertical and Horizontal) and the rest of the screen is shown as Black. And in the video it is written "Press Esc to exit Full Screen mode" (So you may have understood What Full Screen Feature of YouTube Player I am talking about). But, when I choose this "Full Screen" feature of YouTube Player by watching any video on YouTube.com in other browsers then I am able to see the video Full Screen (that is it really occupies full Screen). But, in Google Chrome browser even after choosing Full Screen only 60% of the Screen (and not 100%) is filled up and the rest is shown as Blank (filled up with Black colour). So I am not able to watch Movies or any video uploaded on YouTube Full Screen in Google Chrome.

This means it is some settings problem of Google Chrome. But, I dont know how to set it right. So I need your help. My Google Chrome is Uptodate (and the version is Version 31.0.1650.63 m)

Interestingly, in the same Google Chrome I used to watch all YouTube videos in Full Screen earlier (a few months back) and I never changed any settings of Google Chrome. And since no one else is using my PC there is no question of someone else changing any Settings of my Google Chrome browser because of which such a thing could have started happening now.

So please guide me as to what Changes must be made & where in my Google Chrome browser such that when I choose "Full Screen" feature of YouTube video player by visiting youtube.com I should be able to watch the video Full Screen (that is, video must occupy 100% of the available Screen of my Laptop and not 60% with the rest of the screen left Black as it is happening now).

Your using up to date chrome , try clicking on settings button and make your zoom to 120% . I hope this could give you full screen on youtube . If unsuccessfull watch in mozila because its best after chrome.
