Google is the most famous search engine. But for almost one month I have used http://duckduckgo.com and I think duckduckgo is a good alternative to Google.
What do you think?

I've just started using it yesterday, and it's okay, but I much prefer Google.
I've used it for a long time, and nothing really can compare itself to it.

Yeah, I just switched today. The nice thing about DuckDuckGo is that it won't give my search information to other companies. I got tired of seeing ads for things that I searched for a few minutes ago. It's not that DuckDuckGo prevents your history from being recorded or anything like that. The point of it is that it doesn't give your search information to companies that want to sell you stuff. I would have switched earlier, but it wasn't until today that I realized that my Keyword Search widget was overriding Safari's default search engine. I took care that and now I can use DuckDuckGo right in Safari's unified URL bar.

People Use DuckDuckGo because these days Privacy is the major concern for them.

I first heard about DDG from Google webmaster Matt Cutts and I am liking it. It is not going to replace Google but it is good on its own :)
